All orders are carefully packaged in our signature gift-quality packaging. Every delivery should feel like an occasion.

Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships. Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days typically ship the same day.

Due to the intimate nature of fragrance, we cannot accept returns of opened products. We understand this can be frustrating — if you're unsure about a scent, reach out to us before ordering and we'll help you choose.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no return required for damaged items.

Exchanges

Want to swap an unopened product for something different? Contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange the exchange. You'll only pay the difference in price (if any) plus return shipping.
